Saturday, December 9, 2017. So with all of the ingredients for our cocktail packed away to bring out to Long Island, I set about trying to find the perfect shortbread cookie recipe. I literally had to look no further than Instagram to find a recipe posted this morning. The recipe was for whipped shortbread cookies, which sounded delicious to me. And seeing as I had the forethought to take some butter out of the fridge before we left to run errands this morning, I was ready to go when I got home.

What a lovely two weeks! March 2, 2012. What a great two weeks petrol, lots of travel and a full house! Had a great trip to Lilongwe with Sharon, to meet the NGOs and TEVET, a government training company.
